Awards: Alumni Achievement Award

of Awards
Limited to one per college, assuming the nominee is approved by the selection committee.
Eligibility
All graduates of the University who are 35 years of age or younger.
Criteria
Open to all graduates of the University, the individual should show extraordinary professional accomplishment.
Nominations
Nominations are solicited from the deans of the academic colleges in consultation
with department chairpersons and faculty. Click here to nominate an individual for the Alumni Achievement Award.
Selecting
Body
The selection committee includes, but is not limited to, the provost of
the University, the senior vice president for development and alumni relations,
the vice president of university relations, a member of Alumni Council,
and the executive director of the Alumni Association.
Timeline
Nomination materials are available online. Nominations are typically due in early October (please refer to the timeline information for the official nomination deadline date). Selection is made in October. Visits are arranged
through the sponsoring college(s) for the following spring. The award is
presented to the recipient in a formal ceremony at a reception and dinner
hosted by the President of the University.
