Alumni Career Services offers several opportunities for your company to gain visibility among and network with Penn Staters.

Special events and programs like Nittany Networking Events, the City Lights series, Fall and Spring Career Fairs and targeted networking programs give employers valuable face-to-face time with alumni career explorers. In addition to our programming, Alumni Career Services is proud to include Nittany Lion Alumni Career Network in our portfolio of services. This Internet-based job board is dedicated to Penn State alumni and offers employers 24/7 access. With a Nittany Lion Alumni Career Network account you can post jobs as they become available, make any necessary edits to your postings, review applicant credentials, and correspond with potential candidates.

If you have employment opportunities available for new or recent graduates (up to two years since graduation), Penn State Career Services offers on-campus interviewing. Employers can come to University Park campus and recruit as part of this program.
