In addition to our programming, Alumni Career Services is proud to add Nittany Lion Alumni Recruiting to our portfolio of services. This Internet-based job board is dedicated to Penn State alumni and offers employers 24/7 access. With a Nittany Lion Alumni Recruiting account you can post jobs as they become available, make any necessary edits to your postings, review applicant credentials, and correspond with potential candidates.

If you have employment opportunities available for new or recent graduates (up to two years since graduation), Penn State Career Services offers on-campus interviewing. Employers can come to University Park campus and recruit as part of this program.
