Nittany Lion Alumni Recruiting
Connecting alumni talent with employer needs through the power of the Penn State family; Alumni Career Services is proud to add this Internet-based job board to our portfolio of services. Alumni can create accounts, browse employer profiles and job postings, post their résumés for employer consideration, and apply for available positions. Employers can create accounts, post job openings, review applicant credentials, browse alumni résumés (for direct hires), and invite qualified applicants to interview.
Nittany Lion Alumni Recruiting accounts are password protected. All employers and job postings are reviewed by the Alumni Career Services offices. The service is free of charge and alumni and employers can access the system at any time.

Alumni JOBSearch
Searching for a new job can be challenging. Penn State alumni can gain the tools they need through this four-session online program.
Alumni JOBSearch will include information on résumé writing, interviewing, and networking. During the four sessions, alumni will explore the tools necessary to find a new job in the current job market.
The fee for the four-session Alumni JOBSearch program is $50 for Penn State Alumni Association members and $75 for non-members. To learn more about Alumni JOBSearch or to register, visit www.alumni.psu.edu/career/events or

Career Fairs
Alumni have a standing invitation to all career fairs. No registration is required. But if you would like to prepare for the fair, contact the Alumni Career Services office for information and advice at alumnicareeradvice@psu.edu or 814-865-LINK.
