On-Campus Interviewing

On-Campus Interviewing is a program offered by Penn State Career Services that brings employers to campus to conduct information sessions and hold interviews for entry-level positions. The recruiting season for 2012-2013 begins on August 20. For Penn State alumni to enroll in this program, a Nittany Lion Alumni Career Network account and advance registration is required. There is a registration fee of $45 for the recruiting season (ending April 26, 2013). To register, visit the On-campus Interviewing page, and submit payment. Once payment is received and processed, access will be granted to OCI through your Nittany Lion Alumni Career Network account.

Please note : OCI is most appropriate for alumni with less than two years work experience who would be able to travel to University Park to participate in the interviews at an employer’™s request.

Note: If you are a recent graduate, your @psu.edu email address will expire within six months of your graduation date. Please use an alternate e-mail address for your NLACN account so that employers may contact you without service interruption.
