Career Planning: Networking & Mentoring

The Alumni Association and Student Affairs co-sponsor several programs to assist alumni in connecting to students and to other alumni while developing their own professional skills.

LionLink
LionLink is a professional networking program that links Penn State students and alumni with alumni volunteer Career Coaches. Career Coaches provide valuable information and advice on jobs and careers to Career Explorers.

FastStart
FastStart is mentoring program that connects first-year, underrepresented students with an alumni mentor and a faculty or staff mentor. The program is designed to assist students in making a successful transition to Penn State by connecting them with mentors who have shared personal and professional interests.
