24th Annual Penn State Civil War Battlefield Study Tour

The expert tandem of retired Vicksburg National Military Park historian Terry Winschel '77 and retired Brig. Gen. Parker Hills will lead three full days of tours to historic sites, with limited classroom presentations and discussions. The group will be based in the heart of the beautiful historic district at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel which overlooks the Charleston City Market.
