Virtual Ambassador logo

If you take a real tour of campus hosted by a live Ambassador, they will walk you all over campus... they walk backwards. They give you all of the facts, some of the history of each site you pass along the way. They will also entertain you with some small pieces of "unofficial" information along the tour. Things that aren't always fact. Some that are only rumours. Stories of what may have happened to them directly. Or maybe it happened to a friend. Their perspective. A student perspective. We've asked a few of our Ambassadors to share these perspectives with us for our virtual tour. We hope this section gives you a bit of insight and a lot of entertainment throughout your virtual tour.

Your main Virtual Ambassador guides are Megan Mandryk and Trevor Gibbs with some help from Maureen Pitterlee

Hi, I'm Trevor Gibbs, a junior, majoring in Biology. I will be graduating in the Spring of 1999. My favorite place on campus is sitting on the steps of Pattee looking down the mall.

Hi, I'm Megan Mandryk, and I'm going to be a junior. My prospective graduation date is May 1999. I'm a Marketing major with a minor in Speech Communications. My favorite spot is the steps of Old Main.

We'd like to also introduce Maureen Pitterlee (not shown). Maureen is majoring in Mechanical Engineering planning to graduate in May 1998. She has "two favorite spots on campus, the side of the HUB lawn, there are these trees, they're sort of flat and you can sit on the top of them and watch everyone on the HUB lawn, and the steps of Old Main."
